What is DoggieAmore®

A DoggieBox™ from DoggieAmore® is a monthly delivery of 5-7 natural treats and super fun toys curated around a surprise theme each month. We handpick the best natural treats, chews, and innovative toys to match your dog’s unique preferences.

What comes in a DoggieBox™ from DoggieAmore®

Each monthly box contains a combination of 5-7 treats, toys, and occasional hygiene products that have been hand selected and approved by Team DoggieAmore®. Each month is thoughtfully crafted and each item is unique from anything we'll ever send in a later box – Surprises are the spice of life!

We put a lot of thought, research, and time into creating each month's box from only choosing high quality vendors using top ingredients in their treats, to observing our own pups put the toys to the test. We're really proud of our boxes because we know every item is something we've seen pups not only enjoy, but benefit from stimulation wise and health wise. And that's what our goal is - to make pups happy with healthy, life-enriching gifts each month.

How do I join DoggieAmore®

Click on the "Subscribe" button on DoggieAmore.com Select the size of your dog and then select which DoggieBox™ plan you'd like. Once you fill in the billing information we ask for your shipping info and a bit more information ... Then, you're ready to go!

P.S. All subscription plans are monthly, Plans automatically renew, you may cancel at any time and shipping is free.

What are the DoggieBox™ sizes? Can I change my DoggieBox™ size during my subscription

Whether you subscribe to DoggieBox™ or buy it as a gift, you will have the option to choose between Small and Cute (0-10 KG), Just Right (10-20 KG) and Big and Bold (20+ KG) during the sign-up process. For subscriptions, you have the option to change sizes each month as long as you make the change on your account BEFORE the 15th of the month. This way we can get your box prepared in our warehouse in time for shipment!

Do you have a DoggieBox™ for dogs with allergies

Sure we do! Every DoggieBox™ is wheat, corn and soy free, so if your pup has those allergies you are all set! Because we have such a diverse subscriber base with equally diverse needs, please understand that we're unable to make additional modifications to our DoggieBoxes! We want your dog happy! Please shoot us an email at contact@doggieamore.com and we will make sure your dog gets our allergy-friendly DoggieBox™.

How much does DoggieBox™ cost

Of course our twelve-month plan is the very best deal. Here's how it breaks down:

  • 1 month: SEK 298
  • 3 month: SEK 290 a month (Total SEK 870)
  • 6 month: SEK 280 a month (Total SEK 1680)
  • 12 month: SEK 269 a month (Total SEK 3228)

Please keep in mind all prices are monthly in Swedish Kroner and free shipping all over the Scandinavia! You and your pup will be billed on the 1st of each month for the number of months you selected. Your plan will automatically renew on the 1st of the month following the last delivery of your current plan (not to worry, you can cancel upcoming renewal at anytime).

When will I be billed

You will be billed on the 1st of each month depending on the length of your subscription. Your plan will automatically renew on the 1st of the month following the last delivery of your current plan (not to worry, you can cancel the upcoming renewal at anytime).

So, for example, if you bought a one-month subscription in July, you will start your next subscription in August.

If you bought a 3-month plan in September, you will renew on January 1st for another 3 months!

Why are the subscriptions different prices if it's still paid monthly

If you commit to a longer length of subscription, you get the best deal! Preparing ahead of time allows us to make plans with high quality vendors to put together future DoggieBoxes at a great price. Many of our vendors make products just for us, having a good estimate of the total number of subscriptions helps us cater to your dog.

We also offer a monthly subscription, for SEK 298 a month. Feel free to choose whichever plan works best for you and your dog!

Why does my credit card show a SEK 1 charge from United Subscriptions Sweden AB

Don’t worry! That 1 krona charge is actually just verification-- you will not actually be charged that krona. It should disappear off your card anytime, but if you see it hanging around on your credit card statement, please feel free to email us and we'll figure out what is happening.

Why was my subscription renewed

Doggiebox™ from DoggieAmore® is a subscription service that automatically renews every cycle. We want to make sure our addicted dogs don't miss a single Doggiebox™. We try to make this apparent on the site when you order or log into your account!

You can log into your account, then go to your subscriptions page and update or cancel an upcoming renewal of your subscription at any time. Please email contact@doggieamore.com if you need help adjusting your subscription, we're always happy to help!

Updating your subscription

How do I cancel my subscription

To bad to see you go! But if you must, here's how:

  • Log into your DoggieAmore® account
  • Click on the "Subscriptions" on the left side of the page.
  • Click on "All Subscriptions" (if you have more than one)
  • Click on "Edit" next to the subscription you want to cancel.
  • Scroll down the page and click the "Cancel Renewal" button.

Please take note: we have to process subscriptions by the 15th of each month in order to make sure we can package, label and ship all of the DoggieBoxes by the 1st.

Please email us at contact[AT]doggieamore.com if there was anything we could have done to make your dog happier!

How do I change my subscription

Log into your DoggieAmore® account and go to your subscription page and then click on "Edit" next to the subscription you want to update. Here you can adjust everything from box size to shipping address. Just remember, any changes must be made by the 15th of the month, if you want them to be reflected in that month's shipment! You will definitely receive all of the Doggieboxes from your subscription! Canceling means your subscription will not renew. (Just remember you must cancel before the 15th of your renewal month.)

My dog has food allergies. Do DoggieAmore® have a DoggieBox™ for dogs with allergies

Shipping is free within Scandinavia for any monthly subscription.

My DoggieBox™ hasn’t arrived

We ship around the 5th of the month, so you should receive your DoggieBox™ within 1-3 business days in Sweden (it takes 5-8 business days for doggies in Denmark, Finland and Norway).

Sorry to hear your DoggieBox™ arrived damaged! Email us at contact[AT]doggieamore.com and let us know which items were damaged and we'll be sure to replace them.

Tracking on my DoggieBox™ delivery shows “Delivered”, but its no where to be found!

Your first plan of attack is to check with your neighbors, building managers, and other folks in the vicinity to see if they may have picked up the box.

If the address is accurate and you're not able to hunt down the box, we’ll try to contact your local post office to see if they might have it. Sometimes boxes accidentally get marked as "Delivered" even though they are waiting at the post office.

What are my shipping options

To make shipping easy for you, we ship all DoggieBoxes via Postnord. DoggieBoxes™ shipped within Sweden arrive between 1 to 3 business days. DoggieBoxes™ shipped out to Denmark, Findland and Norway 5 to 8 business days. Each month all our subscribers will receive an email with a tracking number.

Yes we do! We at DoggieAmore® are committed to dogs happiness everywhere. I got my first gift box! How do I activate the rest of my subscription (3, 6, 12 months gift recipients only

If you are a Gift Box recipient, you will receive an email shortly after your first gift box is delivered. In this email, you will be instructed to visit our site and “Claim Your Account.” This email will get you started setting up your DoggieAmore® account and updating any info about you and your dog: address, profile, payment options, your dog's size etc. In order to activate your account, you MUST click through the gift email sent from us!
